Exchange Rule for Wholesale Customer: ALL sales are final. We do not exchange, return or refund any orders unless: 1. We shipped you the wrong items 2. You did not receive the full order 3. The item is severely damaged
If items are damaged during transportation, we are not responsible for it. You have to contact the shipping company for a claim. Claim must be filed by the receiver to the shipping company.
Please add a copy of your invoice and a note explaining why you are returning it. You can always contact us first to see if you are eligible for a return/refund.
Refunds will be given as a store credit only. For any other option, please contact us personally. |
